PB Mules Booster Club Gun Raffle Official Rules: 1. A donation of $52 per ticket/entry is required; all payments must be paid prior to the start of raffle in order to be included in the drawings; ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 2. A maximum of 1000 numbers will be sold. Numbered 000 through 999, no additional number will be added. Players will be assigned numbers randomly; players will not be able to pick a number. 3. Drawings will start Friday, September 4, 2020 and each week thereafter for 52 weeks a gun will be given away. The weekly 52 Gun Raffle winning number will be the same number as drawn in the Missouri Lottery Friday Mid-Day Pick 3 drawing. IF ALL TICKETS ARE NOT SOLD THERE WILL BE A GUN GIVEN AWAY FOR EVERY 25 TICKETS SOLD (EXAMPLE: IF 800 TICKETS ARE SOLD 32 GUNS WILL BE RAFFLED) in the event that a number was drawn that had not been sold, we will continue through the list to the next week's prize until all of the guns are given away. 4. Player’s numbers must match in the exact order to those drawn by the Missouri Lottery. (For example, if number 060 IS DRAWN THE WINNING TICKET MUST BE number 060) 5. Winning numbers will be posted on the PB Mules Booster Club website www.pbmulesbooster.com or can be viewed at the www.molottery.com website. 6. Once a player has been assigned a number they will have that number for all 52 weekly raffles, The TICKET NUMBER IS GOOD FOR ALL 52 WEEKS (EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY WON!) 7. Three (3) attempts will be made to notify the winner from the information provided to us from the purchaser. 8. The ticket owner must provide proof of identification, must be 18 years of age or older, a US resident and must be capable of passing all applicable background checks. If the winner fails to pass applicable background checks, their prize will be forfeited – THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. 9. No substitutions of prizes will be made by winners without an agreement between the winner and Shooters Shack. The PB Mules Booster Club reserves the right to make substitutions depending on availability. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. 10. You need not be present to win, however all prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning drawing date or you risk losing the prize. 11. The prize will be picked up at the participating dealer; Shooters Shack, Poplar Bluff, MO. Only the person named on the ticket may claim the prize. If winner chooses to have the firearm transferred to another FFL Dealer, ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES, IF ANY, WILL BE ASSUMED BY THE WINNER (MOST FFL DEALERS DO CHARGE A SMALL FEE TO TRANSFER GUNS.) 12. The PB Mules Booster Club make no warranties regarding any firearms and no representations regarding suitability of purpose for any firearm. The PB Mules Booster Club is released from any and all associated liability associated with the gun raffle, outside of the cost for tickets purchased.
